Effective August 9, 2026 · Launch version
Information collected
The portal stores your name, email address, password hash, account timestamps, hosting requests, submitted domains, ticket content, and contact-form messages. It also uses session cookies and security records such as rate-limit keys derived from an IP address.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.
How information is used
Information is used to operate accounts, review hosting requests, answer support and contact messages, secure the portal, prevent abuse, maintain service records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
This launch portal does not include advertising profiles or a payment processor. If an external payment process is later offered, its provider and privacy terms should be disclosed before you submit payment information.
Sharing and storage
Information may be handled by infrastructure or service providers needed to operate the hosting service, or disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of users. It is not sold as a customer list.
Data is stored on systems operated for Koscheat Host. Internet services carry risk, so only submit information necessary for the request.
Retention
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for account operation, support history, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention is reviewed according to operational need; no fixed universal retention period is promised in this launch notice.
Account closure does not always require immediate deletion of every security or transaction record. Residual copies may remain temporarily in system backups or logs.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information through the contact form. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by applicable law or legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.
Essential session cookies are required to sign in and protect form submissions. The portal does not advertise optional tracking cookies as part of this launch version.
Questions
Use the contact form before ordering if any policy or plan term is unclear.
