Effective August 9, 2026 · Launch version
1. What the portal does
The portal lets you create an account, submit a preferred hosting plan and domain for review, and communicate through support tickets. A request is not acceptance, a reservation, automatic provisioning, or a payment.
A service begins only after Koscheat Host confirms acceptance, scope, price, start date, and any payment instructions. If a written order confirmation conflicts with general website copy, the specific written confirmation controls for that order.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate contact information, use a unique password, and keep account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected compromise.
You must have authority to use every submitted domain, application, and item of content. Portal accounts and hosting access may not be resold or shared outside your organization unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Shared-service limits
Plans specify disk storage, monthly data transfer, website, database, and PHP-worker limits. CPU and RAM are shared resources, not dedicated or package-guaranteed quantities. PHP workers are configured within the published range after review.
The service may apply reasonable technical limits to protect security and shared-server health. A workload that persistently harms other accounts may be restricted, suspended, or asked to move to a different service.
4. Availability, support, and customer data
No continuous availability, fixed support response time, or service-level credit is promised unless a separate written agreement says so. Maintenance, software failures, network events, abuse response, and third-party dependencies can affect availability.
Maintain current, tested, independent backups of files, databases, and configuration. No managed backup or retention period is promised by these website plans.
5. Suspension and termination
Koscheat Host may reject a request or suspend access reasonably believed to present a security, legal, payment, or shared-resource risk. When practical, notice and a chance to correct the problem will be provided; urgent threats may be handled immediately.
You may request cancellation through support. Data export and deletion timing will be confirmed for the specific account; do not assume data remains available after termination.
6. Responsibility and changes
You remain responsible for your software, updates, licenses, content, legal compliance, and independent backups. The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These launch terms may change as the service matures. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted with a new effective date. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
